This is a Vintage Mazda Rotary Club exclusive designed by 2wankel. The concept, Puerto Rico is called "La Isla Del Encanto" the island of enchantment. But we all know how big the rotary scene is in PR. I believe that Puerto Rico has the most Rotaries per square mile. Every time I turn around there is a rotary shipped from the U.S. to PR. So there you have it "La Isla Del Rotor" The Island of the Rotor!
